Hi! I’m relocating out of state and looking for a Christian female to take over my room in a lovely townhouse shared with three wonderful women.

Location: We are close to Fair Oaks Mall and a quick entrance onto 50, 66 and 286. Walking distance to stores, movie theater and lots of trails.

Move-in date: April 15 (some flexibility for slightly earlier or later, with priority given to earlier move-ins).

Lease term: The lease runs through March 1, 2027, and we’re looking for someone able to commit through the remainder of the term.

Rent: $700/month
Utilities: Typically $50-75/month
(Security deposit details can be discussed directly.)

The Room:
Bright corner bedroom with three windows and great natural light. The home includes a newly renovated and very nice shared upstairs bathroom.

About the Home:
We’re all working professionals with steady schedules. We value cleanliness, responsibility, and open communication. We genuinely enjoy living together — occasional movie or game nights — but everyone maintains their own routines and independence.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has steady income
• Is clean and responsible
• Wants a friendly, peaceful home environment

House guidelines:
• No smoking
• No pets
• No male overnight guests
