Quebec House has two open rooms in our intentional, mixed-gender community in Park View starting July 1, 2026. Located two blocks from the Georgia Ave/Petworth Metro Station on the Green line, our house has been a group house with an intentional community for 17 years. The available bedrooms are on the second floor. Each floor has a bathroom shared by two people. One room is ~212 square feet, with 3 windows, hardwood floors, and a closet. Current monthly rent is $855 plus utilities (typically between $100-$150). The other room is ~180 square feet, also with 2 windows and a closet, with a current monthly rent of $835 plus utilities. We are looking for two people to join us on the new lease beginning July 1st, 2026, and ending June 30th, 2027, with the option of renewing for another year.

There are currently 4 other housemates (we’re looking for the 5th and 6th). We are in our mid-to-late 20s, some of us are Christian, and we have our own professional, personal, and spiritual communities. We also prioritize our relationships with one another, value open communication, and have weekly house meetings. We buy groceries together and take turns cooking dinners for the whole house throughout the week, so you’d need to be comfortable with shared grocery bills and dinners together. We love having special meals to celebrate each other’s birthdays and special occasions. We prioritize keeping shared spaces clean and pitching in to help maintain our yard.

Celebrating the good times with our community of previous residents, friends, and neighbors is important to us, and we hope you’ll join in.

2nd Floor Front Room: $855/month + utilities (typically $100-$150), ~212 sq. ft.
2nd Floor Back Room: $835/month + utilities (typically $100-$150), ~180 sq. ft
Security deposit is $642 for both
Shared living areas include the dining room, the living room, and the kitchen on the main floor. The shared laundry room and bike closet are in the basement. A guest room with a twin bed is on the third floor, which we reserve for friends and family.
