Receptionist – Bilingual Spanish – As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, this position promotes a positive impression of Mosaic Virginia and creates a comfortable atmosphere for patients and clients to receive professional and confidential services.

This is a Part-Time position, based at our Fairfax location.

Qualifications include:

– Being a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior.
– Agrees to and upholds Mosaic Virginia’s Statement of Faith and Statement of Principle.
– Demonstrates strong communication skills and exercises discretion.
– Proficient in use of basic computer and internet technology.
– Ability to establish rapport and demonstrate care for the patients and clients. Adept at reducing client anxiety.

Responsibilities include:
– Performing all Reception and certain Helpline duties according to in-office training and instructional tools include training manuals, videos, and in-services.
– Greeting clients, providing information, evaluating service needs, and answering questions.
– Checking patients in and out, evaluating service needs, and making appropriate service referrals.
