We’re looking for a third Christian woman to join our 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Northern Virginia.

– Move-in: September 1, with a year-long lease

– Rent: ~$735/month, including water

– Utilities: Electric + internet are typically around $70-100/month, depending on electric use

– Room/bathroom: You’ll have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other person

– Location: Convenient to several major roads, including 495 and 66 makinf for an easy commute to many parts of the DC/NoVA area. We’re also a short drive from Mosaic District and have access to nearby walking trails.

– Pets: Unfortunately, no pets due to landlord restrictions.

About us

We are both practicing Catholics in our late 20’s/early 30’s who stay involved in the local Catholic young adult community. We are hoping to find a roommate who is looking to share in daily life and the community aspects of roommate-hood. In terms of cleanliness, we can deal with a bit of clutter but being considerate of common spaces and creating an atmosphere of goodwill and open communication is very important.
