Located just south of Highway 50 and on the same street as Clarendon Metro. This bedroom is spacious and offers in room air conditioning and closet. The house is a Conservative Christian home. Upstairs is a married couple with two young children and two dogs. Downstairs is shared with 2 roommates. One Calvinist and one Lutheran. The downstairs includes a combined dining and kitchen, a living room, and a full bath.
We are looking for a roommate that is clean and respectful of other people. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. One of the roommates has to be up at 5:30 AM for work.

Rent is currently $1000 a month but might go up when we resign the lease in August. Utility are normally around $100 a month but vary. The security deposit is 867.
Move in date is August 1st or later
