Bedroom available now-Jan 23rd for $1,150/month + utilities that range from 100-150/month. The dates can be a bit flexible, starting earlier in August, and ending a bit into January. There is ample living space in the house, a shared full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs, and the bedroom you would be renting is 12x10ft and has an additional back room that is 7ftx14ft with a large built in closet, and an office set up.

I am on a short term assignment away from DC which is why it is fully furnished. The roommate who you’d be living with is a CF in her 30s who goes to The District Church.
