Hello! We’re Annika, Iman, and Ella, three mid-twenties Christian women looking for a fourth roommate to round out our house. Our previous roomie is going to seminary (woohoo!) so we’ve got an opening! The house is owned by a church next door, the church is our landlord. It has three floors, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and lots of living room/dining room space. The open room is on the main floor and is going for $1,025 per month, not including utilities. The lease starts September 1, 2026, and ends May 2027.

The house is a five minute walk away from the Clarendon metro stop, so it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get to downtown DC. We’re also within easy walking distance to lots of restaraunts, coffee shops, gyms, and more! It’s a family-forward neighborhood with lots of young people as well.
