We are looking for another CM to fill one of the rooms in our 3-bedroom CM house. The room will be available 8/1. The two CMs who are staying are both young professionals who work in DC. We are quiet guys and looking for another young professional who will be similarly quiet and neat. Rent is $715 + utilities of $110ish per month. Tenants are responsible for mowing the yard during the warm months and shoveling snow in the winter. There is an extensive backyard including a firepit and seating which is excellent for hosting.

Location is about 1 mile from the Ballston metro station. 1/2 mile from the Custis bike trail which is excellent for running. One of us often runs to work in DC. Driveway parking for at least one car and plenty of street parking.
