Our fourth roommate is getting married and we are looking for someone to fill her room!

We are located on N Pershing Drive, walking distance to several coffee shops, grocery stores (Trader Joes, Giant…), gyms, and metro stops.

Our house features a sunroom, front porch, backyard with a tiki bar and fire pit, tons of storage space, and plenty of parking both in a private driveway and in front on the street.

The room available is on the lower level with it’s own entrance and bathroom

Rent is around $1200

We have a very comfortable, relaxed, and fun dynamic. The four of us our good friends and strike a balance between having a separate lives but also finding time for a porch hang, movie night, or night out on the town 🙂
