I’m a CF looking for a roommate (F or M) to share a 2BR/2BA apartment in Alexandria, VA, with a move-in around late-September or early October.

Rent: up to $1,500/month each
2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
Conveniently located near the Metro and Old Town
Building has a gym and pool
Common areas will be furnished; roommate would furnish their own bedroom and bathroom
Looking for a roommate to share the apartment and household expenses

About the home:
I’m in my 40s, work a lot, and keep a clean, comfortable, and cozy home. I have a small, friendly, non-shedding dog. My routine is pretty low-key — mostly work, the gym, and occasionally having friends over. I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and enjoys a relatively peaceful home environment.

Household preferences:

No smoking
No additional pets
Clean and respectful shared living
Ideally someone who is financially responsible and looking for a stable living situation

If this sounds like it could be a good fit, please reach out at eleshan82@gmail.com with a little information about yourself, your anticipated move-in date, and what you’re looking for in a roommate/home.

Thanks! 😊
