• Up to $1,500/month per person, total
• Lease through April, with the possibility of extending
• Gym and pool
• Furnished except for your bedroom and bathroom
• Optional housekeeper for an additional $50/month

A little about me: I’m in my 40s, work a lot, and am a business owner who may run for local office. I’m clean and organized, but also very chill and easygoing. My home is comfortable and feels a bit like an Airbnb. I mostly work, go to the gym, and occasionally have a few friends over. I also enjoy cooking and baking when I have time.

I have a small, non-shedding dog.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and comfortable with a relatively quiet home. No smoking and no additional pets, please.
