Hi all! My current house of women is urgently looking for another 1 or 2 roommates to fill a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom starting August 1! We can be flexible thru a September 1 start. Historically, there’s been either 1 or 2 girls in this room. Total rent for the master suite is $1737 + utilities—again, could be split if you were willing to share. The room has two closets, and the bathroom has two sinks.

It’s a townhouse in Brookland, walkable to the Red Line Metro, Trader Joe’s, CVS, CUA campus, the Basilica, and the Dominican House of Studies. The roommates are either grad students or young professionals, and once again, simply amazing ladies. We are cultivating a warm and friendly home, and we can’t wait to welcome another lovely lady to it! We are all Catholic, but seeking any Christian women who would be a good fit 🙂
