Will share main floor living with 2 single professional Christian/Catholic women as roommates and 1 fluffy 20lb dog who only visits when basement roommate is in town each month. Main areas minimally furnished, have tons of kitchen stuff to use.   The townhouse is located right behind Harris Teeter grocery store with tons of food bar options.  Walking distance to the W&OD jogging trail, a park, many other restaurants just footsteps outside my door. Surrounded by stable neighbors, well-lit sidewalks and is a safe walkable community.  There is access to community pool during summer months. Street parking w/ local neighborhood sticker. Could rent a dedicated spot to not change out of state car plates. An easy commute via metro bus in front of Harris teeter to East Falls Church metro (orange/silver line). I’m 1.3 mi walk from the metro. Buses every 8 minutes during rush hour to either East Falls Church metro or West Falls Church metro. Photos upon request (for safety).
