My housemates and I have an opening in our spacious Falls Church house for a Christian female starting in April. Rent is $980+utilities. Security deposit is one month’s rent and there is a $50 application fee.

About the house: the open room is on the second floor of the house, it has a large closet and is the only bedroom on that level so is relatively quiet. Room comes unfurnished. You would share a bathroom with only 1 other roommate. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near 7 Corners with plenty of street parking. We have a nice yard, fire pit, spacious living room and big basement for hosting. Our lease renews in June.

About us: We are a house of 4 Christian/Catholic women in our 20s/30s and have lived together for 2 years. We value keeping our common spaces clean and tidy.
