Rent for this room is currently $811/mo and expected to increase pending current lease negotiations. Utilities an extra $50-$120/mo pp. Shared bathroom with 1 other person. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood approximately 1 mile from both the Clarendon and VA Square metro stations as well as downtown Clarendon, restaurants, and coffee shops. Conveniently nearby a park for a nice and peaceful environment, and 1 block to a metrobus stop.

Bedroom comes with some furniture unless strongly opposed:
