Neighborhood

The house is located in Hill East and overlooks Congressional Cemetery. It’s about a 7-minute walk to both the Potomac Ave and Stadium-Armory Metro stations. It’s also a 7-minute walk to Safeway. There is a Capital Bikeshare dock directly across the street.
