This three-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the Green Line, 2 minutes from major bus lines on 14th Street, and close to other neighborhood amenities (Ex: Giant and Lidl, Target, NYSC gym, Red Derby and Wanderland Ballroom).

The house will be occupied by other young male and practicing Christian professionals in their late twenties and early thirties. Common areas are fully furnished, but the room itself will *not* be. The available room is the master bedroom in the unit, which features great natural light, ample closet space, and a private bathroom.

Monthly rent comes out to $1,495 /month (includes monthly cleaning service and water bill), not including utilities.
