We are two CM young professionals looking for two CM housemates to join our 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home in the Barcroft area of Arlington. The two story brick house has an open floor plan on the first floor with excellent setup for hosting, patio/deck in the backyard, and room for extra storage in the basement. The house also features central AC/heat, a garage with space for one car (currently unused), and plenty of street parking. We are in an excellent, safe neighborhood near Alcova Heights Park and a 5 min drive to Harris Teeter. The house is conveniently situated about ten minutes from Shirlington, and ten minutes from Ballston.

We are filling a space left by a previous roommate who had to relocate prior to the renewal of the lease. The lease begins August 1st and renews annually, but can be modified to add a new lessee earlier. We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

Both rooms share a full upstairs bathroom one the existing tenant. There is also a full bathroom in the basement.

Room 1 ($1100/month): 10.5′ x 12.5′, unfurnished, hardwood floors, nice natural light, sizable closet, and ceiling fan

Room 2 ($800/month): 9′ x 8′, full-size bed, hardwood floors, closet in the hallway
