Storage: Two sizable closets (one is a full walk-in closet with shelves and coat/bag hooks)

Natural light: Large window with lots of sunlight

Kitchen: Full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and gas stove

Laundry: Laundry rooms on every floor, $2 per machine

AC/Heat: In unit AC and heat

Building Amenities: Pool and outdoor deck, fitness center, rooftop access, front desk for safe package deliveries, pet friendly (I have two cats).

I will be moving out of this apartment by April 4th, so I am really hoping to find someone who can move in by that day! It’s a great space for someone looking for a convenient location near DC while still having a quiet, comfortable place to live.
