Hello! I’m moving abroad for grad school and I’m looking for someone to sublease my 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom in The Shelby Apartments (10th and D NE). The apartment is about an 18 minute walk from Eastern Market Metro, a quick walk to Trader Joe’s and near two parks. It really is the perfect place! If you have a car, parking is typically pretty easy to find with no extra cost for you (unless you choose to get a zone tag, but it’s not mandatory!) My plan is to leave over Labor Day, but I’m happy to be out of the place at the beginning of September. My lease is up at the end of March with the possibility of starting a new lease if interested.
