Part of a beautifully renovated townhome; residents have access to common areas – kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, washer/dryer and the community pool • Pictures are in the PDF ad linked at the top • The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, hosting a mix of young families as well as single working professionals like us. Located close to two beautiful nature trails, Accotink Trail and W&OD • Professionally cleaned and well-maintained. Housemates also have a chore chart and do chores (take out the trash, vacuum/sweep floors, etc) in rotation, customarily once per week. Chores take 20 – 30 minutes, depending upon your own pace • Plentiful free parking • One very sweet, quiet, retired therapy dog already lives here. Medium sized, 50lbs. Heart of gold. Note: she does shed and is not a hypoallergenic breed. • Lease limit: 1 pet. No other pets allowed, sorry. No cats. (Sorry, allergic!) No subletting. No couples. All 4 residents must be on lease.

About us
The three of us are Christian women in our 20’s and 30’s who love walking/jogging on the local nature trails, gathering for low-key Bible Study nights, the occasional game/ movie night, and keeping our kitchen clean. We’re all pretty laid back – a mix of introverts and extroverts – like to keep our home neat but lived in, and appreciate a house culture that encourages community, while also allowing for alone time. The house is usually relatively quiet; most of the time two of us are gone traveling/working, while two tend to be home more often.
