The townhouse located in Vienna, VA is a 4 bed 3.5 bath less than half a mile from two metro stations and the Boro in Tysons. In addition, there are tons of restaurants and shops. It is around 30 minutes to downtown DC without crazy traffic. Our house is guaranteed 2 parking spots which we rotate weekly, as well as ample street parking nearby.

The vacant room is basically an entire basement level with a personal bathroom, living space, and bedroom. The laundry is located in the basement as well as a couple shared storage areas, which are the main reasons for roommates needing to enter this space. Lastly, the “backyard” area is located in the basement with only exit being in the basement.

Price for this spacious area is $1,300 not including utilities which averages $130ish per person.
