Bedroom and kitchen are carpeted. In-unit washer and dryer. Never had pets. Must be able to manage a 7-step staircase at entrance. Plenty of on-street parking. Quiet neighborhood, mostly Hispanic. No pets, no smoking. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am. Hosts love showing hospitality.
