Join the Diaconate on April 11 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for a practical equipping session designed to empower you to serve in our city with wisdom and confidence. We’ll hear about Scripture’s call to service, learn from organizations serving in our city about pressing needs in DC, and discuss practical topics like engaging respectfully with those experiencing homelessness, serving as a family, and overcoming the barriers that keep us from stepping in. The morning will consist of panel discussions and breakout conversations on specific topics of your choosing over lunch. Coffee, Snacks, and lunch will be provided. Register at the link below.
