Our words say a lot—more than we know. They not only express our thoughts, they reveal our hearts. And, so when our hearts change, our words change. The Apostle Paul says as much in this section of his letter to the Corinthian church. Paul says that our understanding of who Jesus is, and what he’s accomplished via his death on the cross, changes what we say, how we say it, and why we say it.
