Opportunity Details: This role allows for flexible work hours and you may take on as many or as few tasks/hours as you would like.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint is helpful, and you will need a computer from which to work. It is better to have a PC-style laptop (rather than a Macintosh / Apple laptop). You can choose to complete some tasks and not others, depending on your comfort level with the task. You can choose what hours you work. Examples of tasks might include (a) formatting text in a Microsoft Word file to meet formatting requirements (with the directions provided), (b) helping to search for and assemble data into a contacts database in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, (c) drafting the text for emails and/or correspondence.
For on-site work, office organization work may include, but is not limited to, the organization of information, papers, files, electronic media, computer data, business data, financial data, personal data, electronic files, and/or library materials, as well as data entry, data searches, and/or formatting of text in documents.
Requirements: Attention to detail is critically important. Ability to accept constructive feedback on how to improve one’s work product is also very important. Experience with Microsoft Office and financial document management is preferred. Must have U.S. citizenship.
Length of Opportunity: This opportunity is flexible regarding the number of days or weeks worked, the number of hours per week worked, and when the work is scheduled for (i.e. weekdays, evenings, and weekends are all possibilities.) You can choose the labor hours that you work to be between almost anytime between 9am and 9pm on the weekdays and/or weekends, subject to supervisor availability.

Work location – In-person one to two days per week
COVID-19 precautions - Dr. Colella is fully vaccinated as of April 2021, with a booster shot taken Nov 2021.
