This studio is walkable to anything in Georgetown (Trader Joe's, Safeway, restaurants, cafes, Georgetown University, M Street etc.). You can access bike trails and hiking easily in Rock Creek Park and Rosslyn - trails connect directly to this neighborhood. There's also a bikeshare station directly across the street from the apartment for easier access to other neighborhoods.
