I have been living with Christian women in community for four years and am excited to meet you! A few things about the setup: The lease is for one year. The apartment is mostly furnished though the available room is not furnished. We have great, free street parking and can walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, some local restaurants including my personal favorite, a Crepe and LavAzza cafe! There is a decent-sized backyard, so feel free to park your bike like I do! It's a beautiful, residential neighborhood within walking distance of the National Cathedral and Georgetown University.
